Ultralight Fabric

Tyvek is an excellent nonwovens product from Dupont.This Spunbonded Olefin is make of high-density polyethylene fiber.It has balanced physical properties such as thin,light weight,wrinkle resistance,soft and smooth,strong,tearresistance,opaque,moisture-proof,water-based stainsresistance,less skin friction and goodresilient and demonstrates all the characteristics of paper,cloth and film.Therefore,all of these properties make Tyvek useful and more flexible in a variety of applications than the traditional fabric.

Flame Retardant Functional Fabric
Flame retardant materials can be effectively applied to both natural as well as synthetic fibres. Fibres are treated with a chemical which minimizes the fabrics flammability and makes it almost non-combustible. When a fire occurs, the chemical coated on the fabric reacts with the gases and tars generated by the fabric. It converts the gases and tars to carbon char, and ultimately slows down the burning speed of the fabric.
